2. Restrictions

• Use the Software for any purpose other than in conjunction with your own QuickBooks Online account.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. QuickBooks Online

• The Software depends on services provided by Intuit Inc.
• You must have a valid QuickBooks Online account and authorization to access relevant data.
• The Developer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

5. Privacy

The Software may access your QuickBooks Online data to retrieve and print estimates. No data is transmitted to the Developer or stored externally unless explicitly configured by you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Software. This Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
